Baby Gift Delivery - Terms & Conditions
Delivery Information
Couriers attempt to deliver gift baskets and gift boxes between 9am and 5.30pm (AET) Monday to Friday only.
No deliveries are made on weekends. No deliveries are made on public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 10am will be placed in the delivery queue for Monday.
Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday, Sunday any time) will be placed in the delivery queue for Monday, Tuesday at the latest.
Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for the hours listed.
Hospital addresses are highly recommended to ensure correct delivery. Accurate room numbers are also highly recommended. See further information below.
Please enter all gift basket delivery details carefully.
Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information may result in a delayed delivery of your baby gift or gift box.
Should re-delivery be required, an additional charge will be payable by you.
We are unable to accept any specific delivery times, eg, 10am on Tuesday.
If the recipient is not able to receive the delivery or the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the gift box a calling card from the courier company will be left. The recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery which will incur an additional charge to you based on the destination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Bubs In Arms Gift Boxes if an order does not arrive. We will investigate any non-deliveries as soon as possible.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses where the sender has instructed the gift box to left at the front/back door if no one is home.
The supply and cost of Insurance is not included. The cost of delivery is dependant on the delivery address and will be confirmed by our secure online ordering system at the time of placing your order. Please refer to the table of Delivery prices when you place your baby gift box order.
Bubs In Arms Gift Boxes is not responsible for the baby gift box delivery. However we do provide our best estimate of deliveries based on information provided to us.
We have engaged highly recommended and reputable delivery couriers who will endeavour to provide you with the quickest and safest delivery possible. Although rare, baby gift box deliveries on occasion are sometimes delayed. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement to supply you with your ordered baby gift box, and does not entitle you to cancel your order.
We guarantee that your Gift Box will be passed onto the courier on time, however, after that we are reliant on our couriers quick hands!
Post Office Boxes
We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes at this time. Unfortunately your baby gift order will not be accepted unless you provide a street delivery address. Please contact us if you have special circumstances and we will consider your request and attempt to find a way to make safe delivery of your baby gift box.
Hospitals and Non-Residential Addresses
Any delivery to a hospital or non-residential premises will be made to the central drop point for that establishment. For example, a hospital delivery will be made to the welcome desk/reception. It is a Term & Condition that once your baby gift box has been accepted at this central drop point our gift box delivery service has been fulfilled.
We will accept room numbers for hospitals. This information is provided to the central drop point to assist them in locating the recipient.
Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for deliveries to hospitals as mums and bubs may be discharged by the time of delivery of your baby gift box.
Remote Areas & Regional Australia
We are pleased to offer our Gift Boxes to remote areas and regional centres.

Cancellations
All cancellation of baby gift box orders must be made within 48 hours prior to courier receipt for delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the baby gift box has left our premises.
Express Delivery & Bulk Orders
Express Delivery is available upon request. Please contact us to obtain a delivery quote.
Bulk orders for baby gifts may receive reduced delivery charges. Please contact us to discuss your order and obtain a delivery quote.
In the event that a baby item is not available we will replace that item with one of a similar appearance and of equal value to include in your baby gift box.
For photographic purposes we may have used props. Unless an item is listed in the baby gift box details it is not included in the baby gift box.
Gift box orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by Bubs In Arms Gift Boxes.
All baby gift boxes are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event there is damage, please inform us immediately. We will honour a replacement baby gift box or item contained within if the item is posted back to us and we deem that the item is indeed faulty or damaged.
Any issues resulting from your baby gift box purchase should be addresses with us within 5 business days in order that we may resolve those issues on a timely basis.

Should you process your baby gift box delivery order using the incorrect Delivery Charges category we reserve the right to not process your order. We will contact you to make further arrangements to ensure your order is processed or your refund from paypal processed.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas delivery of baby gift boxes and baby gift baskets can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Australia Post - Registered Post
When using Australia Post, we will ensure that all of baby gift boxes will be sent using Registered Post. In accordance with Australia Post procedures a unique tracking no. will be received for each gift box delivery to give you piece of mind regarding your baby gift purchase. |
